I’m posing this question to you. If it’s not broken why try to fix it? The reg, is working fine just the way it is. What you’re proposing is putting the federal working class back into the dark age. We have no rights and can be treated anyway our supervisor pleases. It’s not fair, it’s prejudice, and it seems to be unconstitutional. Workers will be working against each other, instead of doing teamwork. The workplace will be havoc as each person is working for his own good. Teamwork will become extinct and the workplace will become a hostile environment. Please just leave it alone and let us continue to work together as a team instead of pitting us against each other.
