Comments:
Considering the cost of the Global War on Terrorism and no sufficient funds to support NSPS - perhaps some type of cost analysis should be conducted to determine if there may be cost savings in allowing current employees within five years of retirement to remain in current GS system. This could free up funds for WIGI buyin upon conversion to NSPS to help fund NSPS and allow those employees who are close to retirement - to retire under the personnel system in which they hired on.
