I have just come from the Town Meeting in Norolk, and want you to know I am completely on board with you. I have been requesting standard procedures from my supervisor for 2 years, and even drafted preliminary procedures for him to approve. He informed me I don't need standard procedures. This system will force him to appraise me fairly, as there will be procedures and guidelines to be graded against. Thank all of you for your hard efforts in making this possible. Just keep in line, and get these supervisors trained up :)
