SECTION: Pay and Pay Administration - Subpart C Setting & Adjusting Rates I feel that replacing locality pay with local market supplements is totally wrong. It costs what it costs to live and work here REGARDLESS of our job series. This will significantly reduce the quality of life for everyone who works here with the exception of engineers who will most likely get the local market supplement. This methodology should not be implemented.
