Comments:
Have concerns over the locality pay proposed changes along with not having automatic cost of living. This proposal would bring severe financial hardship. As the cost around us keep escalating there has to be some balance in the process. This whole proposal is to dissolve a workforce economically. The RIF with minimal senority rights tend to border on age discrimination and penalize those who have served for long periods with seasoned experience over a younger employee with no firm foundation or knowledge base.
