RE: 3206-AK76/0790-AH82 I think the National Security Personnel System - New proposed regulations are a good idea. I especially like the pay / compensation rewards for hard working employees. This will give insentive to hard workers to keep working hard. And hopefully get some of the less motivated employees to take some intitiative and start performing. And if they don't adverse actions can be taken.
