The new civilian guidence is frighting enough to terrify any empolyee, either management or non-supervisory. The very idea that the rights civil servants have had for decades are gone out the window. The reforms from the Civil Service Reform Act was initiated, passed in both houses, and enforced decades ago. It was menat to protect Federal Civil Servants from many of the things in this current reform wants. Unlike other industries we can not go on strike about wrongs dealt to fellow employees and ourselves. Now we have something that is being pushed through and it is both sides of the asile that is harmful to us. How one man can have that much clout and biasis toward federal employees and then gets this evil piece of documentation pushed through both houses and parties for reform. One question, whose idea of reform is this man pushing for. As a American citizen I have freedom of speech, as a Federal civil servant I will probably be called a bad employee for saying this but to man that is pushing this piece of evil documentation I say, This is just wrong and hateful.
