With reference to product line and funding line RIFs, do you really think it's wise to RIF good employees because the program they've been working on is cancelled for budgetary reasons? Just because the program goes away doesn't mean the employees were responsible, yet they're being punished for it. And the government is losing good, high performing employees. This is stupid.
