Pay Banding - 1. How will pay for performance be decided? When will performance standards be established? 2. How will pay raises be determined if all the personnel are doing the same job and opportunities to excel are not there? For example the personnel in the pay band are only processing paperwork and nothing else, what no one gets a raise. Its not their fault for being in that type of position.
