table 1 page 7559 The concept outlined here is OK. The devil is in the details. This table is a perfect example of details that are needed, but lacking, in this FRN. Why not publish the pay band structure and the different career groups. By not publishing these basic details, the Department allows employee to fill in the blanks with outcomes of their own choosing and wonder why the Department doesn't make decisions, publish them in the FRN and execute them. Give us the details in a FRN.
