page 7560 Performance-Based Pay There needs a defined the pay allocation algorithm. There needs to be a methodology published in the FRN that defines how to determine the value of a share and how that will impact pay. This is major deficiency in the FRN. The FRN, as written, does not allow the employee to determine what are the consequences of good or bad performance.
