No details have been provided on the following: a) No details provided on proposed "pay bands" under NSPS (definition of pay band provided in 9901.103) b) No details provided on proposed "pay schedules" under NSPS (definition of pay schedule provided in 9901.103 c) No details provided on proposed "career groups" under NSPS (definition of pay group provided in 9901.103) It is impossible to comment on proposed new pay system replacing current GS pay system because no detailed information has been provided for employees to review/evaluate/ and comment on.
