p 7576 definitions of contribution Delete contribution. Take contribution out of the process. It has no place in a performace evaluation system. NSPS should be a performance evaluation system not a contribution system. I'll define areas that the department values as budgetary line items. That is the arena within which to make performance accomplishments or contribution. Some employees will game the system to make sure they provide more subjective contribution than the more objective performance. Remove contribution - that removal will make the NSPS more effective.
