I feel that this new system is the most unjust thing that could ever happen to the american federal workforce. We have management working over us that currently dont understand anything that we do. They could care less. They have to ask their customer service agents what work the craftsman have because they are to busy to even look it up theirselves. How can this kind of management be allowed to give us raises based on performance when they dont have a clue what you do.. You can tell who is liked and disliked and they will be the ones with the raises. At least under the current system you are guarenteed a cost of living raise and steps under the GS scale. Under this you are not guarenteed anything but a hard time from a supervisor who doesnt like you and this time he will get by with it. There are already awards given by management without consent to the people who have worked on a job. Please do everthing you can to prevent this from happening. It shouldnt be management rule without representation.
