Comments:
If this is to be a mandated CFR, why isn't the rest of the government agencies being changed as well and why only the GS sector in the DOD pipeline. All government is suppose to be one the the same and to think that Congress can allow this type of stereotyping to be implemented is not rationale nor politically correct. Where has the social justice gone to?
