Subpart C / 9901.361: Recommend that premium pay rules be the same as much as possible for FWS and GS employees, for simplification for both employees and supervisors. For example: night shift/night pay -- should be 10% premium for hours worked between 06:00 p.m. and 06:00 a.m. for all employees, but only for those hours.
