Subpart I / 9901.903: Recommend that the definition of Supervisor be expanded to include all work leader positions, both FWS and GS. These positions are included by management in planning and policy determination meetings, and these positions routinely recommend all the management actions specified in the proposed definition. These positions function more as management officials than as individual employees in most cases.
