Subpart I / 9901.927: If implementation of the NSPS regs results in some new exclusions to existing recognition, will the agency have to petition FLRA to change the definition of the exclusive bargaining unit? For example, if current definition includes all Wage Grade and Wage Leader employees, and the new definition excludes WLs.
