This is fantastic and long overdue. We are finally putting our priorities back in perspective. To be one team, we need to act and think as one team. Our people need to know that we will recognize and award them for doing outstanding work. On the other hand, those who fail to meet standards will be held accountable. NSPS is a great program to our men and women and to our tax payers.
