Will we be able to transfer to other Air Force Bases with easy. Because, I've been trying to transfer for the last six years and still nothing. I do have a back ground in the 8852, 8801, and 5413 series. I'm also retired air force with twenty years. My question is will things be easier for me and others to transfer, in the future. thank you for your time. Mr. Larry Hernandez
