I am angry that right to proper uniion representation should the need arise, will now be infringed. I respectfully submit that these proposals be seriously reconsidered. I would also like to ask, where is the funding going to come from. There are so many training classes now, that could make a better employ, that have been cancelled because there was no money. I ask now where is the money for this program going to come. Please reconsider this proposal. Please take in to account the suggestions of the union.
