I was a WG-10 at Ft. Bliss and we lost the A-76 study to contract. I was relocated to Sheppard A.F.B. as a WG-7, but I retained my pay as safe pay. With this NSPS, will I retain my safe pay? If I do not, I need to know what is going to happen and if there is going to be any change in my pay . Please advise.
