How can I determine if I am being treated fairly once this system is in place? Can and will I be shown how my score compared to my peers? This system is really a means of ranking employees, giving them a score based on that ranking and then distributes a dollar amount using an equation that is strangled by our mismanaged budget. Sounds like very few raises of any significance over the years and a severly reduced retirement annuity. I am strongly opposed to this system!! We have checks and balances in the current system to reward performance of all employees. Managers have more than enough avenues to pay its personnel according to performance with the gs pay scale. Proper management of the gs system is what should be focused on rather than fleecing DOD employees with the cost of a new pay system.
