PERFORMACE MATTERS SUBPART B Right now I think I should have no problems with my evaluations. I feel my current supervisor is fair and honest. I have been told I was a good team player. I have had a supervisor who was having problems and took it out on the two newest employees by tell us that were poor workers and no one else wanted to work with us. I was one of the new employees. Once it was detected and seen that she needed help she was relieved of duty I was given a second chance with a new supervisor. That was more then 20yr ago. Under this new system what protection will I have from a supervisor who is having mental problems and affecting my evaluations and pay.
