My main consern here is favortism, which happens alot in this command, if someone doesn't like you for what ever reason, you can do and do but you will not get recognized, yet the ones that they do like no matter if they do whats on there position discription or not, as long as they jump everytime the higher ups want them too. ie, making commissary runs for them, setting up for party's etc. They are the ones that are getting recognized, ie, PD upgrades, big bonuses & step increases. I feel this system is going to promote this action even more.
