PAY: Will the Cost Of Living Increase continues annually? If not, what are the employees going to do if pay for each or some remain stagnant and with the cost of living going up daily? Performance Management: Some how I do agree with this part of the proposal. However, how does one know if management/some employees will be fair with each employee performance rating. Why? I have seen favoritism practiced throughout my career. I have seen where employees do not perform effective, yet favorite ones get a good rating. Veteran Preference in Reductions in Force: I agree with your proposal. Why? These veterans at one time served their country some under hostile conditions some times and so they deserve this benefit.
