What is the definition of personal demeanor? The managers and supervisors that we have now don't follow the rules and regulations and abuse their positions and are the ones responsible for implementing the NSPS. Give me a break!!!! This new system will only be used as a shaft for the older employees with seniority and be used to reward the "pets" of our present managment. This present managment does not know how to encourage employees now to produce more because of their outdated methods and favoritism.
