100% Against the proposed system. I don't know about your Base or Agnecy, but I can gaurantee Hill AFB has TOO MUCH of a GOOD OLD BOY SYSTEM (GOBS) in Place that Will Result in ONLY the GOOD OLD BOYS getting the Better PAY - the GOBS already determines WHO GETS PROMOTED and Selected for New Jobs or Vacant postions!!!
