Although I agree that we need to accelerate the hiring process to obtain the personnel we need I think if utilized improperly this could lead to favoritism, nepotism, etc. For example if your supervisor doesn't like you but like the guy that does less but associates with the supervisor more your evaluation may be lower. This happens all the time. Please try to resolve this without going to such extremes.
