I hear about this banding, about not losing pay while this is NSPS is being put in effect. Wish they would give us an example instead of I, II, III, IV, there is no example of what the pay could look like once the NSPS goes into effect in July. Nothing being said about the pay either going up, staying the same, or going down. Sure wish we could actually see something instead of going to these meeting and hear the same story about banding Thank you, Ron Minion
