Comments:
The new base pay by performance is good if supervisors are trained properly. For myself I have a miltary supervisor who has never been trained or has a basic knowledge to supervise civilian workers. The current civilian supervisor training here is based on volunteers needing the training and space available when training sessions are available. There is no mandatory training for civilian supervisors and now we going to a program where these supervisors are going to rate performance base pay increases. This process opens questions on supervisors personal options on workers and with the lack of training for supervisors makes this program unmanageble .
