As I prepare to take another trip into Kuwait I feel compelled to write concerning the proposed NSPS system. I volunteered to go to Afghanistan for 6 months last year. Having spent time in the military, I understood alittle better what I was heading into. I volunteered to go off to Kuwait to work again. From what I have read, under the proposed NSPS system, DOD workers could be made to deploy even if they don't want to. These places are very tough, both physically and mentally, to work in. It not for everybody. At this point I think that there are far more questions that need answering before any implementation of this system. Thanks you for your time and consideration.
