I would like to comment on the proposed changes. I have worked for the Defense Dept. since 1/18/72, and have approx, two years and three months until I retire. The 33-plus years that I have given my entire adult life to the LOYAL service of my country, now I am a threat to National Security! Pure bullkrap!!! I guess that this is my reward. I supported President Bush, twice at the polls and now I wish I voted for Kerry. Bush has betrayed my trust, as has Rumsfeld. This administration had better get its priorities straight, Penalize terrorists and not hard working government employees. Somebody better stand up for what is morally right. My seniority isn't worth a bag of rocks, and if my supervisor doesn't like me, I'm screwed. And make no mistake about it...people who stand up for what is decent and correct are usually looked down on by management. Re-think this Mr. Bush and don't let this lousy piece of bad directive become law. Thank you.
