Comments:
Will my pay be affected? I disagree, as no longer will WIG be given or cost of living. Does this not affect my salary over the period of years. Even corporate and private business give cost of living incentives. I just don't agree that this is going to be a good thing, except it gives Supervisors more power to abuse their power, and control employees.
