I'm not sure if I understand how the new changes will affect my grade and series. GS 2152's, Air Traffic Control. We are currently receiving Special Salary Rates (SSR's) and AOU pay. Will these incentives be removed once we convert over? Also, say that you are a GS-11 as of this date, can management place you in a higher band dependent upon the duties that you now perform. Right now we would fall under Pay Band 2, who makes the determination when we convert, as to what band you will fall under?
