Comments on Proposed NSPS Regulations--RIN 3206-AK76/0790-AH82. SOUTHEAST REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CENTER, Mayport Naval Station, Jacksonville, Fl.'' Please note my opposition to the Proposed NSPS Regulations. This personnel system would: 1. Lower my pay raises in the future. NSPS will end the annual pay raise GS/FWS employees get. 2. End fairness and due process that define "Civil Service". I will no longer be able to challenge performance Ratings to an independent arbitrator. 3. Reduce my voice to make work life a good experience, in the employees right to negotiate important issues.. 4. Make my service worthless in case of reduction In Force. If I am not liked by my supervisor I will be removed in favor of a younger or more liked employee. 4.a. I know I am perceived to be a Whistle-Blower. The reprisal and retaliation has been constant for several years. With NSPS I feel very strongly that in the first sprial I will be removed from employment. This is reality. My management has made efforts to fire me in the past, now they will suceed. Please oppose the Proposed NSPS Regulation. Very Respectfully, James P. Work
