Pay Banding: Everyone is upset over paybanding, my thought is finally, maybe some people that work and get the same as those that don't will be compensated better then they are now. Adverse Action: For years the government has let people slide with anything and everything that should not happen in the work place, that includes drugs to people that just refuse to do their work. The supervisors did not want to go through the process of discipline and recording incidents so they could dismiss the person. Some just moved people on to other areas to get rid of them. I think it will be a better system where the problem areas can be dealt with fairly.
