Comments:
Drastic changes to the current personnel system will cause extreme anxiety for everyone involved. I don't believe that drastically changing the personnel system for the Department of Defense employees during these times of already high tension from world events should even be considered. The DoD employees are working at peak to support our soldiers in the field. To upset the apple cart at this point will only further undermine our determination to support our soldiers.
