You've got to be kidding. National Security? What a joke. These proposed regulations are outrageous. We are suppose to be the model for how American workers are treated. Unions need more power to ensure fair treatmnet of employees, not less. This is a Bush/Cheney/Rumsfeld Corporate America plan. How evil can they be? This will destroy National Security. You will never be able to retain and attract Federal employees under these regulations. But I guess that's the plan right? Get rid of Federal workers and replace them with contractors. Big corporations get richer while workers are paid less and have less protections. Shame on you.
