Since 9/11 we have continued to have an excellent civil service with employees performing in a superb manner. What is the end game, The present system works well. What are we trying to do?. if it ant broke why fix it. The contractors only goal and incentive is to continue to seek out weapons system work work that can be reworked over and over without caring about cost. I believe federal dollars will be wasted without civil service employees monitoring the store. Your Security is best served by leaving present system in place for the sake of all our citizens otherwise we will have a corrupt Government that nobody is watching.
