Comments:
1. When will the new pay system be implemented for Wage Grade employees (are we just an after thought)? 2. What guarantee is there that an outstanding performing employee will get their deserved raise or compensation? 3. Is a decent or outstanding performing person guaranteed to keep their job? 4. Can something be done to prevent supervisors from playing favorites on pay increases? 5. Can any appeals be made if we aren't compensated to reflect our performance evaluation?
