This is in refrence to RIN # 3206-AK76/0790-AH82 These issues I belive are detrimental to the security of the U.S. 1.How are employees going to be protected from poor supervisors? 2.What guarantees are there that I will even get a raise if my supervisor puts me in for one(trickle down)? 3.Why should anyone share info in a shop if it could keep them from getting an outstanding thus taking away from their pay increase? 4.This has cronyisim written all over it!!! 5.Pay for preformance already is in place GS step increases and SSP's supervisors are not doing them now(a step raise is supervisor controlled) 6.This is not Germany(criteria1939) we have rights as per law.
