I fill this country is based on the fact that all men are created equal, and should not have to be under scrutiny of any supervisor. Not all supervisors are good people and that goes for management.The veterans aren't looked out for anymore and this to me is lowering the standers of this country.I have thirty years in service and I think it's wrong to take away incentive for workers. If the management would discipline workers from the beginning then things would not get out of hand.
