This is a definate slap in the face of all of the federal workers that have worked so hard during these trying times the last few years. And this is how you reward the workers? How do you expect loyalty when you take away seniority, bargaining rights, and all that we've worked for all these years? Very poor choice, that was not well thought out. I urge you to not implement this degrading and demoralizing program.
