Comments:
I believe this is another way to legally strip Government employees of rights and pay due to them. Instead of messing up a system that works well and has been accepted as terms for employment by all those currently employed, we should be focusing on National Security and other more critical issues. Why expend the time and resources ($$$) on significantly degrading a system that is already in place and works well? The money and resources expended can be better utilized elsewhere to realize more tangible, productive results.
