We at HRSC have worked so hard at streamlining our processes, and standardizing things. How will this work when the commands can now do things how they want, and everybody is different? So command xyz wants it done thisaway, and command abc wants it done thisaway, How will we overcome the standardizing that has helped us streamline our processes so well??
