Comments:
Subpart F, section 9901.606 states that the Department may supplement an employee's official position description by using other applicable records that document the employee's actual duties and responsibilities, and the position description will be used to place employees in competitive groups. This can lead to individual employees being placed in a competitive group by themselves, and make them vulnerable to being targetted individually in a RIF situation. This is unacceptable.
