Section 9901.715(c) states that the Department will provide the employee who has been served notice of an adverse action with a reasonable amount of offical time to review the Department's supporting evidence. What is reasonable, and what provisions will be imposed upon the Department to make the evidense available so that the employee has time to review it, within the employee's limited amount of time to reply?
