Comments:
When has management ever been held accountable for their actions. They falsify core document, lie for favorite employees to get them promoted and have NEVER been held accountable for their actions nor do they realize the repurcussions of upgrades that are not valid and what it is costing the taxpayer. They are responsible for the duties in the core document and they lie, lie, lie because they can. The good ole boy system is alive and well and will thrive under NSPS. Hope your supervisor likes you. I see no protection for hard working government employees who just want to do a good job. We will have the family, buddies, friends, etc. all on the same payroll. Doesn't matter they can't do the job. The person doing the job will be the lowest person on the totem pole because they will not be a relative or friend.
