My concern is that it implements the "Good Ol Boy" system. Although supervisors will receive training, that fact of the matter is that the managers will give special treatment to freinds and family and adverse treatment to someone that doesn't play along.This happens NOW! Imagine if your pay is part of the equation. In a perfect world this would work but.... Although I agree something should be done, I'm not convenced that this is the way.
